The information included in this report reflects the CMS Professional codes and/or values that were missing in the Denali database and were automatically added during the conversion process.

If you converted Bank Reconciliation data that was originally entered in DOS and there were empty check number/source document fields, the data in these fields will now appear as Converted <Activity Type> on your reports.

You can also access this report in the Controller module after you complete the conversion process. To do this, select Reports > Conversion > Codes/Values Added Report from the menu bar.
