GL Cost Centers
This window is only available if you have a Cost Center license. Using cost centers lets you divide money within GL Expense accounts. Money in each cost center will stay there until you specifically move it out.
Cost Center 
Enter the name of this cost center, up to 50 characters.
Notes 
If you want to add notes to this cost center, you can enter them here. For example, you could include what this cost center will be used for.
