Type the customer and job numbers, or use the Lookup to enter the range of customers and job numbers you want to include on the report. If you want to view one customer or job, enter the same number in the Start and End fields. If you want to view all customers and jobs, leave the defaults of Start and End.

Select this check box if you want to include job change orders on the report. Change orders are saved on the Change Orders tab of the Job Management window.

Select this check box if you want to include job notes on the report. Notes are saved on the Notes tab of the Job Management window.

Use these check boxes to select the type of Cost Codes you want to include on the report. Your options are All, Material, Subcontractor, General, and Process.
