AR Customers window: Prepaid Services tab
If you offer customers any type of service they can pay for in advance, you can view the details of those services on this tab. After you post a customer sale that includes a prepaid service Non-Inventory Code, the prepaid service terms will appear.
NOTE: It’s possible there will be a different quantity remaining on this tab and in the top section of the window. Quantity on this tab is updated when you post adjustment transactions. Quantity in the top of the window is updated when you save adjustment transactions or sales.
Non-Inv Code 
This is the Non-Inventory Code you set up in Sales.
Type 
This is the type of prepaid service defined on the Non-Inventory Code.
Description 
This is the description from the Non-Inventory Code, but you can edit it here.
Quantity 
This is the amount of service this customer has. This quantity is updated when you post a type 8 adjustment transaction in the AR Enter Payments/Adjustments window.
Start Date 
This is the start date of the service period you defined in the sales transaction. You can edit this field.
Expiration Date 
This is the expiration date for the service period. It is the start date plus the length of the service term. You can edit this field.
