Defining Printing Preferences
The Print Options tab in Module Preferences allows you to set up default printer options for the different types of reports you print from Accounts Receivable, including the formats you want to print and the number of copies.

Use check box in the Edit column to specify whether or not you want the ability to edit these preferences each time you print a report. For example, if you sometimes want to preview a report on the screen before you print it, select the Edit check box. This way, when you print a report, you will see the Print Options window, which allows you to specify how to print the report at that time, to screen, printer, or file.
