Set up your preferences and view information specific to the selected bank account in the grid.
Bank Register Grid
Based on your preferences, you can view information specific to the bank account. The information in the grid cannot be edited.
Item #
This is the item number associated with the line item.
Date
This is the date the line item was created.
Type
This is the type of activity for this line item.
Description
This is the description of the line item.
Status
This is the status of the line item. It will either show Outstanding, Cleared, or Voided.
Src
This is the source module in which the item was created.
Amount
This is the currency amount of the line item.
Activity Types
Select the type(s) of activity that you want to view in the detail grid. When you make a change, the grid automatically updates.
All
This check box is selected by default. If you deselect this check box, all of the other options become active and you can choose which activity types you want to appear in the grid and on the report.
Check
Select this check box to include only check activity types in the grid.
Deduction
Select this check box to include only deduction activity types in the grid.
Bank Charge
Select this check box to include only bank charge activity types in the grid.
Deposit
Select this check box to include only deposit activity types in the grid.
Addition
Select this check box to include only addition activity types in the grid.
Status
You can also filter what items appear in the grid based on their status. The default option is that all status options appear.
Outstanding
Leave this check box checked if you want items with a status of outstanding to appear in the grid.
Cleared
Leave this check box checked if you want items with a status of cleared to appear in the grid.
Voided
Leave this check box checked if you want items with a status of voided to appear grid.
Source Modules
You can also filter what items appear in the grid based on the module in which a transaction was originally entered. All three modules are checked by default.
Bank Reconciliation
Leave this check box selected to include transactions that originated in Bank Reconciliation.
Accounts Payable
Leave this check box selected to include transactions that originated in Accounts Payable.
Accounts Receivable
Leave this check box selected to include transactions that originated in Accounts Receivable.
Payroll
Leave this check box selected to include transactions that originated in Payroll.
