Selecting an Existing Batch for Account Activity
If you use multi-batch mode and you haven’t set up a batch to enter or reconcile bank account activity into, see Setting Up Batches for Account Activity. This topic assumes you already set up at least one batch.
After you post a batch, the batch clears and becomes unavailable.
To select a batch to enter or reconcile account activity:
1 In Bank Reconciliation, select either Account Activity Tasks or Reconciliation Tasks from the left navigation pane and then the plus sign next to Select an Existing Batch.
A number appears in brackets to notify you of how many batches are available.
NOTE: If no plus sign is available or you don’t see a batch you set up, select the refresh button in the corner of the Manage Batches section of the navigation pane.
2 Double-click the batch you want to work in. The batch ID in the status bar will update with the batch you select.
