Define Category Codes
Use Category Codes to group bank account activity you want to track. For example, you might set up Category Codes to track expenses in a certain department or to categorize bank charges. When you enter bank account activity, you can add a Category Code to the transaction and then sort by the Code on certain reports.
You can access the BR Category Codes window by selecting Options > Define Account Categories from the navigation pane.
