CMS Default Location Code window
This window appears when you install Multi-Location Inventory to an existing organization. Use this window to define a default location for your stock items.
LocationÂ
Use this field to enter a Location Code for your stock items. This field has a 50 character limit.
DescriptionÂ
Use this field to enter a description of the location.This field has a 50 character limit.
Use Existing Stock Locations
Leave this check box selected to assign stock items to their existing locations. Items that currently do not have a location defined will be assigned to the default location. If you deselect this check box, all of your stock items will be assigned to the default location.
