CMS Users Logged In window
Certain processes in Denali require that users are logged out of the system before they run. This window will appear if you attempt to perform a process that requires that all users are logged out. The window informs you of which users are logged in and in which modules they are logged in.
Machine Name
This column indicates the user’s machine based on the operating system information for that machine.
User Name
This column indicates the user’s login name based on the information entered in Denali when the
user was set up in the Controller module.
Organization
This column indicates in which organization the user is logged in within the system.
Module
This column indicates in which module the user is logged in.
Department
This column indicates in which department the user is located based on the information entered when the user was set up.
Telephone
This column provides the user’s telephone extension based on the information entered when the user was set up.
Refresh
Click this button to refresh this window and verify that users have logged out of the system.
