GL Allocation Codes—History View
This grid appears after you click the View History button. Use this view to verify which allocations have been processed. An entry is added to the grid for each account processed for the selected Allocation Code. The information in the grid cannot be edited.

Date Processed
This field shows the date the entry was processed.
Description
This field shows the descriptions entered in the Allocation Account section of the window and Destination Ledger Accounts grid when the allocation was processed.
Account
This field shows the account numbers entered in the Allocation Account section of the window and the Destination Ledger Accounts grid when the allocation was processed.
Amount
This field shows the amounts entered in the Allocation Account section of the window and the Destination Ledger Accounts grid when the allocation was processed.
Debit/Credit
This field shows whether the amount was processed as a debit or a credit.
Processed by
This field shows the User ID for the person that was logged into General Ledger when the allocation was processed.
