GL Budget Management window: General tab
Use the General tab to filter the Budget Grid.
Accounts to Display
Use the filter to view only the account or range of accounts you want to see. This doesn’t change the accounts saved in the budget.
Account Range
In the Start and End fields enter the account number or range of accounts you want to see in the Budget Grid.
Segment Filter
This is only available if you have segmented accounts.
Segment To Filter
From the drop-down, select which account segment you want to filter.
Segment Range
In the Start and End fields, enter the segment number or segment range you want to see.
Adjust Selected Accounts
Use the percentage adjustment to increase or decrease editable numeric cells in the grid. You can change the percentage amounts for different rows to set up your budget exactly how you want it.
Increase/Decrease Selected Amounts By
Enter a percentage (-100 to 1000) to adjust the amounts in the grid up or down. When you select one or more editable cells in the Budget Grid and click Apply, the amounts in the cells you selected will adjust based on the percentage.
Columns to Display
The check boxes in this area allow you to show or hide the Original Budget and Remaining columns in the Budget grid.
Years to Display
The check boxes in this area (All Years, Past Years, Last Year, Current Year, Next Year, Future Years) allow you to show or hide various years of your budget. You will only see check boxes for years available in the budget. For example, if this is a historical budget, you will not see the Current Year, Next Year, or Future Years options.
