Working with Accounts
Before you begin entering journal transactions, you need to establish your accounts. Once you set up your chart of accounts, there are a variety of ways to manage and track the movement of money within your business accounts. This section is designed to provide an overview of the ways in which tracking can be accomplished to meet the needs of your business. Setting up your accounts, or copying existing accounts, are two of the additional topics covered here.
