Setting Defaults
In Denali, you can set up several defaults in each module. Defaults can provide security by presetting certain information so that your clerks do not have access to it. These defaults can also maintain consistency in your data. You can use Module Preferences to determine the starting invoice or purchase order number or whether you want to print one or two copies of each receipt. Each module has specific default settings and we recommend you review the Module Preferences information for each module that you use.
