Troubleshooting: Planning and Preparation

I am a new user to the software and I am not sure exactly how I should set up my organization.
We recommend you practice with the demonstration data to help determine how to set up your organization to best meet your needs. You can also set up an appointment with one of our trainers to help you get started.

I want to use dot matrix printing but my dot matrix printer doesn’t print correctly from the software.
We recommend you use laser printers because Microsoft© Windows© has limitations with dot matrix printing. However, if you use a dot matrix printer, call Customer Support at (800) 390-7053 to find out about how you might be able to adjust your software settings to enable dot matrix printing.
