IN Promotional Sales window
This report is only available if you have
Specialty Shop installed and Sales integrated to Inventory. In this report, you can include Order Entry and/or Point of Sale information. Use this report to see the status of your promotional sales. The information included in this report is based on
Promotional Codes implemented in the system. See
Promotional Sales Report for more information and a sample view of this report.
Include
Use these check boxes to specify the module(s) to include in the report. The default for these check boxes is checked.
Orders
Select this check box to include transaction information from the Sales Order Entry window.
Register Sales
Select this check box to include transaction information from the Sales POS Register window.
Report Type
Choose either Detailed or Condensed from the drop-down list box.
• Detailed (Default): This view shows an itemization of the transactions according to the criteria chosen for the report. This report will also show subtotals if you specify to do so.
• Condensed: This view shows only totals for the report criteria.
Start and End Ranges: Promotion, Item, Location (MLI only), Sales Department, Register, Salesperson, Inventory Code, Product Type, and Date
Enter the starting and ending data to include in the report. To include a single item, enter the same information in both the Start and End boxes. To include all items that meet the remaining criteria in the window, leave the default values in the boxes.
The default values for all fields are
Start and
End except for the Date fields. The default for the
Date Start field is the first day of your
fiscal calendar, and the default for the
Date End field is the current system date.
If you unchecked the Register Sales check box at the top of the window, the Register fields are unavailable.
Date Range
From the drop-down, select a
predefined period to run the report for.
