This field is read-only and defaults to the stock item number and description for the item you want to delete or transfer.

This field defaults to the quantity you want to delete or transfer, but you can edit the amount in this window. If you change the quantity in this window, when you click OK, the quantity is updated in the Quantity field.

Select the serial number for the item you want to delete or transfer. You can double-click or use the arrows to move the number to the Selected list box. If you want to manually enter a serial number, select the Manual Input button.

To manually enter a serial number, type the number and press ENTER. Each serial number you add will appear in the Selected list box. If you want to select serial numbers from the existing list, click the List Sel button.

If you manually enter a serial number, it must exist in the system before you post.

This is a read-only field that shows the number of items in the Selected list box.

This list box shows the serial numbers you added for the stock item you want to delete or transfer.

Click this button to toggle between manually entering serial numbers and selecting them from a list.
