IN Stock Labels window
Choose the information you want to include on your labels and print them for a single stock item, a range of stock items, or all stock items
Process For All IN Codes / IN Code 
This check box allows you to include stock items with any Inventory Code on the report. If you leave this unselected, you must select an individual Inventory Code to include in the report. The default for this check box is checked.
Sort By / Additional Filter 
These drop-down lists allow you to sort the report or filter data using one of the predefined or user-defined fields, and to specify the range of values that you wish to include.
Start and End Ranges: Stock Number, Description, Product Type, and Location 
The Start and End boxes allow you to define the range of items to include on the report. You can include a single item by entering the same value in both boxes. These default settings include all items that meet the remaining criteria set in the window. Type in the fields or use the Lookup to make your selections.
Print Selections
Activate the Print Selections check boxes next to the items you want to print on the labels. All the check boxes in the Print Selections section are checked by default.
Stock Number 
This is the identifying stock number that was entered in the IN Stock window for each item. Select this check box to include the stock number on the printed labels.
IN Code 
Select this check box to print the Inventory Code for the stock items on the labels.
Unit Package 
This is the unit package for the stock items as defined on the Sales Info tab of the IN Stock window. Select this check box to print the unit package on the labels.
Price / Price Level 
If you select the Price check box, use the Price Levels drop-down list to enter the price level(s) to print on the labels. If you want to print all the price levels on the labels, select All from the drop-down list. Price levels are established in the IN Stock window. The defaults for these options are to print all the price levels on the labels. If you are not using all five price levels for your stock items, you’ll save room on the labels by only printing the levels you are using.
Description 
This is the description of the stock items for which labels will be printed. This description further describes the stock item and is taken from the IN Stock window.
Location  
If you utilize the Location field in the IN Stock window to indicate where your inventory is stored, selecting this check box will print the locations of the stock items on the labels.
Product Type 
This is the product type for the selected stock items. The product type is defined on the Sales Info tab of the IN Stock window.
Multi-Pack 
Select Multi-Pack to print any multi-pack codes assigned to the selected stock items.
System Date 
This is the system date as of the date the labels are printed.
Full Precision / To The Penny 
Select Full Precision to print the price of each stock item to the maximum precision indicated for each item, which is a maximum of four decimal places. Select To The Penny to round the price to two decimal places. The default for this option is To The Penny.
Default Vendor 
This is the vendor listed in the Primary Vendor box in the IN Stock window.
Last Cost 
This is the last cost for the selected stock items, as specified in the Last Cost box in the IN Stock window on the Qty/Price Info tab.
Standard Cost 
This is the Standard Cost for the specified stock items which appears in the Standard Cost box in the IN Stock window on the Qty/Price Info tab.
No. of Copies
Select the radio button that corresponds to the way you want to determine the number of labels to print.
According to On-Hand Quantity 
Select According to On-Hand Quantity if you want the number of labels printed for each stock item to be equal to the on-hand quantity of that stock item at the time the labels are printed. This is the default option.
Select Quantity 
Choose Select Quantity to print a specific number of labels for each inventory item. For example, if you choose this option and type 2 in the Select Quantity box, two labels will print for each stock item selected.
Bar Code On 
To generate bar code labels for your stock labels, select the Bar code On button and enter the Label Format and Number of Copies you wish to print. You must have the BarTender Label Maker program installed to use this option. The file that will be generated by using this option is called labelxxx.dat, where xxx is a number that increases by one each time you generate bar code labels; this file is located in your company data file directory. The following fields are sent to the file that is used to generate the bar code labels:
