Lookup window
You can use the Lookup window to search for a specific item. The exact title of this window varies depending on the window from which you access the Lookup. If a large amount of items are available, a window appears that shows the loading status. This status window automatically closes when loading is complete. Contains 
This field is only enabled if the current sort option is a text field. Click the Sort By button at the bottom of the window or a column head to change the sort field. If you want to filter the Lookup by specific text, type the text in the Contains field and click the magnifying glass to start the search. For example, if you want to see only inventory items that contain the word tablet, type tablet in the field.
If you have a large amount of data, you might see a message at the bottom of your Lookup list that indicates you need to use this field to find the data you’re looking for.
Set as Default 
This button is enabled if you click the Sort By button or a column heading to change the sort. If you want to set the current sort column as the default sort for the future, click this button.
Search for  
The title of this box reflects the current sort option. Type the first few characters of the content or other identifier you are looking for. To change the sort option, select the Sort By button at the bottom of the window or click the column head of the column you want to sort by.
Select 
Double-click the item you are looking for, or highlight it and select this button.
Add 
If you don’t see the item you want, you can add it to the system by selecting this button. This feature is available for most tasks.
View 
To see more information about the highlighted item, select this button. This feature is available for most tasks.
Sort By 
Select this button to change the sort order for the window. The sort options vary depending on the window from which you accessed the Lookup.
