JC Job Listing Report window
Use this report to view each job with its description, phases, and Cost Codes.
Report Type
From the drop-down, select the report type you want to view. You can choose:
• Detailed with Costs: this report displays your jobs, phases in each job, and the description, cost estimate, actual, and variance of each Cost Code included in each phase.
• Detailed without Costs: this report displays your jobs, phases in each job, and the type and description of each Cost Code included each phase.
• Condensed: this report displays the job, its description, status, and the phases included in it.
• Summary: this report displays the job, its description, and status.
Costs to Include
This drop-down is only available if you selected Detailed with Costs from the Report Type drop-down. Choose if you want to include both Actual and Estimated costs, or only Actual or Estimated.
Page break by Job Number
Select this check box if you want to begin each job on a new page.
Skip Cost Codes with zero Actual Cost
This check box is only available if you selected Detailed with Costs from the Report Type drop-down. Select this check box to omit Cost Codes with no Actual cost.
Include completed jobs
Select this check box if you want to view completed jobs on the report. Jobs are complete when you select the Job Complete check box in the JC Job Maintenance window.
Start and End: Job Number
Type the job numbers or use the Lookup to enter the range of job numbers you want to include on the report. If you want to view one job, enter the same job number in the Start and End fields. If you want to view all jobs, leave the default of Start and End.
