JC Job Schedule Report window
Use this report to view scheduled dates for your jobs.
Report Type
From the drop-down, select the report type you want to view. You can choose:
• Detailed: this report shows you the dates for the Cost Codes included in the jobs you select.
• Summary: this report displays the job, description, due date, planned start date, planned completion date, and date completed.
Sort By
Use this drop-down list to select how you want to sort the contents of the report. You can choose from:
• Job Due Date
• Job Number
• Job Start Date
• Cost Code Required Date
• Cost Code Start Date
Date Range
From the drop-down, select a
predefined period to run the report for.
Page break by Job Number
Select this check box if you want to begin each job on a new page.
Include completed jobs
Select this check box if you want to view completed jobs on the report. Jobs are complete when you select the Job Complete check box in the JC Job Maintenance window.
Start and End: Due Date
Type the dates or use the drop-down to select the starting and ending due dates for which you want to run the report.
Start and End: Job Number, Phase, Cost Code
Type the job numbers, phases, and Cost Codes, or use the Lookup to enter the range of job numbers, phases, and Cost Codes you want to include on the report. If you want to view information for one job, phase, or Cost Code, enter the same information in the Start and End fields.
Cost Code Types to Include
Use these check boxes to select the type of Cost Codes you want to include on the report. Your options are All, Material, Subcontractor, General, and Process.
