The menus at the top of the window give you access to some commonly-used features, such as retrieving a transaction or printing an invoice. The options that are accessible will depend on the salesperson’s rights in the system.

Many of these functions are also accessible by using hot keys or the slide-out menus at the left side of the Sales Order Entry window. The hot keys are listed next to the options in the help.
