JC Sales Order Entry window: Transaction Information
From this section of the Sales Order Entry window, you can create new invoices and access saved invoices.
Transaction Type
When you open this window from Job Cost, this field is disabled.
Invoice Lookup
If you need to edit an existing invoice, click the magnifying glass button to open the Retrieve Invoice Lookup. The Lookup shows invoices that you saved but did not post.
New Invoice
Click this button to create a new invoice. The
JC Invoicing window will open so you can select the job you want to invoice.
