Purging Completed Jobs
You might want to purge completed jobs so they no longer appear in Lookups and on reports. We highly recommend you complete a backup before you purge data.
To purge completed jobs:
1 In Job Cost, select Period End Tasks > Purge Completed Jobs from the left navigation pane. The JC Purge Completed Jobs window will open.

2 Enter the date through which you want to purge.
3 Select OK.
