If you collect donations through Facebook, you can now import them into General Ledger. You’ll first need to export a .csv donation file from Facebook. Then, in the Import from Facebook Donation File window found on the General Ledger Transaction Tasks menu, you can browse to the .csv file to import.

Your campaigns and donations will appear. You’ll need to set up your GL account and opposing GL account for each campaign. You can choose which donations to import based on campaign or individual donation.

When you import your donations journal entries are created, which you can then verify and post.
