In Payroll Module Preferences, you can now choose if you want to allow your payroll clerks to override pay rates in the Prepare Payroll window.

If you select the Allow override of pay rates in Prepare Payroll check box, the Regular, Other Time 1 Units, and Other Time 2 Units pay rate fields will be available to edit in the Enter Units window in Prepare Payroll.
