Update Kit Items During a Sale
You can now edit items in a kit from the Sales entry windows. To use this feature, you need to assign rights by checking the Modify Kits check box in the Salesperson Codes window.
In the Order Entry or Point of Sale entry window, when you right-click on a kit in the Detail grid, you can choose to Edit Kit Items. In the window that opens you can replace or add inventory or non-inventory items (excluding serialized or lot numbered items).
After you make the changes and click OK, you will see the updated kit in the entry window. The changes are only for the current sale. To permanently change a kit, you still need to access it through Inventory.
