Lookup window
You can use the Lookup window to search for a specific item. The exact title of this window varies depending on the window from which you access the Lookup. If a large amount of items are available, a window appears that shows the loading status. This status window automatically closes when loading is complete. For more information about this feature, see The Lookup Feature.
Select 
Highlight an item in the grid and click this button to it add it to the window.
Add 
If you don’t see the item you want, select this button to add it to the system. This feature is available for most tasks.
View 
To see more information about the highlighted item, select this button. This feature is available for most tasks.
Grouping Bar
Use the grouping bar to group your data based on column headings. Drag any column heading to the grouping bar to refresh the grid and show the data grouped by that column heading. You can drag multiple column headings to the grouping bar to further group your data. You can expand and collapse each group view in the grid. You can also click the column label to change the sort order (ascending/descending). To undo a grouping, click the X in the corner of the button in the grouping bar.
Filter Icon
The following options are available when you click the funnel-shaped filter icon at the top of the columns. Some columns have different filter options based on the column type.
No filter 
Select this option if you want to remove a filter from the grid data.
Equals 
Select this option to filter the grid by a specific value. Click the field to the left of the filter icon and enter the value that you want the filter to equal.
Not equal to 
Select this option to show everything in the grid except a certain value. Click the field to the left of the filter icon and enter the value you don’t want to see in the grid.
Contains 
Select this option to show any data that contains the sequence you enter. Click the field next to the filter icon and enter an alphanumeric sequence you want to show in the grid.
Does not contain 
Select this option to show any data that does not contain the sequence you enter. Click the field next to the filter icon and enter an alphanumeric sequence that you don’t want to see in the grid.
Greater than 
Select this option to show everything in the grid greater than a specific value. Click the field to the left of the filter icon and enter the value that you want all numbers in the grid to be greater than.
Less than 
Select this option to show everything in the grid less than a specific value. Click the field to the left of the filter icon and enter the value you want all values in the grid to be less than.
Greater than or equal to 
Select this option to show everything in the grid greater than or equal to a specific value. Click the field to the left of the filter icon and enter the value you want all values in the grid to be greater than or equal to.
Less than or equal to 
Select this option to show everything in the grid less than or equal to a specific value. Click the field to the left of the filter icon and enter the value you want all values to be less than or equal to.
Is null 
Select this option to show all records that have a blank field in this column.
Is not null 
Select this option to show all records that have information in this column.
Starts with 
Select this option to show any data that starts with the sequence you enter. Click the field next to the filter icon and enter an alphanumeric sequence you want all data in the grid to start with.
Ends with 
Select this option to show any data in the grid that ends with the sequence you enter. Click the field next to the filter icon and enter an alphanumeric sequence that you want all data in the grid to end with.
Between 
Select this option to open the Select Filter Range window. In that window, you can set a filter to only show data between two values.
Not between 
Select this option to open the Select Filter Range window. In that window, you can set a filter to only show data that falls outside of two values.
Custom 
Select this option to open the Select Filter Range window. In that window, you can set a custom filter.
