Pre-Posting Reports
You can print the Pre-Posting Report from the
PR Pre-Posting Report window for your unposted payroll transactions. This report shows you the amounts for benefits, deductions, additions, tips, and garnishments included in this payroll.
To print the pre-posting reports:
1 Click the Next button in the PR Print Check Register window.
Click thumbnail for larger view of image.
2 Select the check boxes for the classes you want to include on the report.
3 If you want each section of the report to print on a new page, select the Include page breaks on class check box.
4 Click OK.
