PO Purge History window
This utility removes all history data through the specified date. If your files have become too large, then purging history is a valuable tool. Purging history is entirely up to you and is usually only performed in situations where the history files are so large that running reports and other processes take prohibitively long.
Caution: Back up your co/org data before you purge history. Once you purge this information, there is no way to retrieve it without a backup. You may want to print a history report before you purge so that you have a hard copy of the information. |
Purge through this date
Select a cutoff date from the drop-down calendar. All items will be purged through and including the date you specify.
