PO Receive Items window: Purchase Order menu
The Receiving Transaction menu offers easy access to some of the more commonly-used functions.
Retrieve Transaction
Use this option to retrieve a previously saved transaction.
New Transaction
When you select this option, a new transaction window appears.
Delete Transaction
This option is only available when a saved transaction is in view. Select this option to delete the transaction from the system.
Print Edit Report
Select this option to open the PO Receiving Edit Report window and print a report of your receiving transactions for review before you post (highly recommended).
Save Transaction
Select this option to save the current transaction and clear the fields so you can enter the next transaction.
