If you use eDelivery, there is now a 32-bit and 64-bit version of the program. You must install the version that matches the system you have. If you install Denali 64-bit, the 32-bit version of eDelivery that is currently on your system will not work. To access the eDelivery installation files, go to the Software Installations page of the Customer Service Center and click on the eDelivery tab.

Your eDelivery license key will work with both versions.
