Custom Tracking, or CC Codes, are user-defined codes mainly used to sort and filter reports. If you activated this field in the Sales Set Up Sales Entry Layout window, each line of detail on the invoice allows a CC Code entry. For example, you can use them to indicate whether this line item can be returned for a refund or for marketing demographics.
