SalesCS > Sales > Miscellaneous > Sales Gift Card Balance Inquiry window

Use this window to determine the balance remaining on a previously issued gift card.

Gift Card Number

Type the gift card number in the field.

Processing

This bar indicates the progress of the inquiry process.

Authorize

Click Authorize to send the inquiry. When you click OK, you will return to the Sales Entry Detail grid.

[ESC] Cancel

Click Cancel to close the window and return to the sale transaction.

Clear

Click this button to clear all the fields.
