Sales OE Quick Access Bar: Gift Card
This portion of the Quick Access Bar is active only if the Activate Gift Card check box is selected in Module Preferences. See Working with Gift Cards for more information on handling gift cards.
Purchase 
Select this button if the customer is purchasing a gift card in this transaction. See Activating a Gift Card for more information on selling gift cards.
Increment
Select this button if the customer in this transaction is incrementing (adding more money to) a gift card. See Adding Value to (Incrementing) a Gift Card for more information on this feature.
Balance Inquiry 
Select this button if the customer in this transaction is inquiring about the balance of a gift card. See Gift Card Balance Inquiry for more information.
Balance Transfer 
Select this button if the customer in this transaction wants to transfer funds from one gift card to another. See Transferring a Balance from One Gift Card to Another for more information.
Adjustment 
Select this button to specifically adjust the balance remaining on a gift card. This may be necessary if the customer returns an item that was purchased using a gift card, and the purchase amount is to be credited back on the gift card. See Adjusting the Balance of a Gift Card for more information.
