Sales POS Quick Access Bar: Gift Card

This portion of the Quick Access Bar is only active if you selected TSYS® Genius™ with Gift Cards from the Authorization Software drop-down in POS Module Preferences. See the Sales Gift Card Options window to define gift card settings.

Purchase

Select this button if the customer is purchasing a gift card in this transaction.

Increment

Select this button if the customer in this transaction is incrementing (adding more money to) a gift card.

Balance Inquiry

Select this button if the customer in this transaction is inquiring about the balance of a gift card.

Balance Transfer

Select this button if the customer in this transaction wants to transfer funds from one gift card to another.

Adjustment

Select this button to specifically adjust the balance remaining on a gift card. This may be necessary if the customer returns an item that was purchased using a gift card and the purchase amount is to be credited back on the gift card.
