Viewing Customer Notes
After you select a customer, you can view any notes that were entered on the Notes tab of the AR Customers window.
The Notes button is only available if it is included in this sales entry layout screen (see Customizing the Sales Entry Window).
If the Automatically show existing notes check box is checked in the layout screen, customer notes will appear automatically.
To view existing notes or add new notes for the customer:
1 In the Sales Order Entry or Sales POS Register window, click the Notes button to the right of the Customer field or the Notes button on the Quick Access Bar.
If there are any notes for the customer, there will be an asterisk (*) on the Notes button.

2 When the Notes menu appears, you can review or enter information about the selected customer.
