Cougar Mountain offers in-program help, which is part of the software, accessible from any Help button, and does not require an Internet connection. The web help includes features not available in the in-program help, such as the ability to comment on topics, see videos, and share information on social networking platforms. The content is the same in the in-program and web help.

When you access the help, you will find we offer both procedural and window-specific help. If you want to know the steps to complete a task, you should access the procedural (online) help. If you want to know what an option or field in a window is used for, you should access the window-specific help.
