AP Set Up Recurring Bills window: Paid Out Tab

The Paid Out tab is used only for paid out transactions (by selecting the Paid Out check box). Since recurring transactions are, by their nature, paid to existing vendors, the Paid Out tab is unavailable for recurring transactions.
