Adding a Comment to a Payment
Regardless of whether this will be an immediate check, a paid out transaction, or you will pay it at a later time, you can set up a unique comment for the payment. The comment will appear under the payee name and address on the check.
To add a comment to your payment in the Enter Bills window, select the Print Comment check box. In the field that appears, enter your comment.
