If your vendor gives you a discount when you pay your bill early, you can enter the discount when you enter the bill. This option is not available for Paid Out transactions.

To apply an early payment discount in the Enter Bills window, select the type of discount from the Disc Type options, either Dollar or Percent, and enter the discount amount in the Disc. Amount field.
