AR Customers window: Aged Analysis tab
The Aged Analysis tab displays a financial analysis for this customer. Use this information to determine the customer’s account status and aging information for any amounts due. You can quickly see year-to-date totals and any past due amounts by period.
Current Period / Period 1 / Period 2 / Period 3 / Period 4 
The period lengths in these boxes reflect the period settings entered for the AR Code associated with this customer record. The totals in the period amount boxes provide a financial view of this customer’s repayment history for each period. The period lengths can only be updated through the AR Codes window and you cannot manually change them in this window.
Last Date Charges 
This is the date the last charge transaction posted to this customer’s account. This date is automatically updated when a new charge is posted to their account and you cannot manually change this information.
Last Date Payments 
This box reflects the date the last payment posted to this customer’s account. This box is automatically updated when a payment is posted to their account and you cannot manually change this information.
Last Amount 
This is the amount of the last charge or payment that posted to this customer’s account. These amounts automatically update every time a new charge or payment transaction posts to the customer’s account and you cannot manually change this information.
YTD Amount 
This is the total amount of all charge or payment transactions posted to this customer’s account for the current year only. These amounts automatically update every time a new charge or payment transaction posts to the customer’s account and you cannot manually change this information.
At the end of the year, when you perform period end processes, this amount resets to zero when you select Period End > Reset YTD Customer Totals.
YTD Number 
This is the total number of posted charge transactions made by this customer to their account for the current year only. This number automatically updates when a new charge posts to this customer’s account and you cannot manually change this information.
At the end of the year, when you perform period end processes, this amount resets to zero when you select Period End > Reset YTD Customer Totals.
Highest Due 
This is the largest charge amount this customer has owed at any one time since the customer’s record was created. This amount automatically updates whenever the customer’s account reaches a higher amount than they have previously owed. This amount continues to update for as long as this customer is in your system. You cannot manually change this information and it is not purged with history.
Fin Chrg 
This is the year-to-date amount of finance charge transactions for this customer. This amount automatically updates when a new finance charge posts to this customer’s account and you cannot manually change this information.
At the end of the year, when you perform period end processes, this amount resets to zero when you select Period End > Reset YTD Customer Totals.
Aged Analysis 
Select this button to view the AR Aged Analysis Report for the selected customer. You can print this report for future reference or close it to return to the AR Customers window.
