To delete an individual transaction, select the Find button in the AR Enter Payments/Adjustments window to find the transaction you want to delete and click Edit. The Edit button changes to read Del; select Del to delete the transaction.

The only way to delete a credit card transaction is to void it. Select the Find button in the AR Enter Payments/Adjustments window to open the transaction you want to void. Click OK in the message that appears that indicates you can’t change this transaction. Then, select the Void button.
