Determining and Correcting Errors in Imported Activity Before Posting
When you import activity, the system checks the data to make sure it is in an
acceptable format and that required fields are not empty. If there are any errors, you need to correct them before you post.
If the system detects errors during the import process, it automatically generates an error report that indicates the type and number of errors, and a message appears.
Follow the on-screen instructions to print the import error report. This report shows you which activity contains an error and the type of error. Use this report as a reference to
correct your errors before you post the activity (see
Correcting Errors in the External Text File or
Correcting Errors in an Imported Batch).
