Purging Cleared or Voided Bank Activity
There might be reasons you want to purge old activity history, for example, so certain reports that contain bank account history generate faster. You can only purge cleared or voided bank activity in Denali.
CAUTION: We highly recommend you back up your data before you purge. Once you purge data from the system, you cannot recall it or view it again. |
After you back up your data and are ready to purge unwanted history, select Period End Tasks > Purge Cleared or Voided Bank Activity from the left navigation pane. You can purge history for one bank account or all of your accounts.

Keep in mind that the date you enter in this window is the date that you want to purge activity history up to and including. For example, if you enter 12/06/16, all history from December 6th and prior is deleted permanently from the system.
