Deleting Activity
Before you post, you can delete a single entry or you can clear an entire batch of entries. You can also delete either individual account or reconciliation items. Refer to this topic for instructions if you need to delete a single activity.
See Clear Bank Account Activity or Clear Reconciliation Activity for instructions if you need to delete a batch of activity from the system. If you find you need to void posted account activity, see Voiding Bank Account Activity.
To delete account or reconciliation activity:
1 In Bank Reconciliation, select either Account Activity Tasks > Enter Account Activity or Reconciliation Tasks > Reconcile a Bank Statement from the left navigation pane.
2 If the Select Batch window appears, choose an existing batch from the drop-down or click New to create one (see Using Batches in Bank Reconciliation). The Enter Activity or Reconciliation window will open after you select a batch.

3 Use the Find button to open the Lookup from which you can select the activity you want to delete.
4 Select the Edit button, which will then read Del.
5 Make sure you have the correct activity to delete and then select the Del button to remove it from the system.
