CMS Copy Users From Organization window
If you share employees among organizations, you have the option to set up a user in one organization and copy it to another organization. For example, if you have two organizations that share a department manager, you can just copy the user from one organization to another instead of creating the user in both organizations.
Search for Code/Organization
Use this box to select an existing organization from which to copy users. You can toggle between the search options by clicking once on the Code and Organization column headings below.
Type the Organization Code, or the first few letters of the Organization Name in this box to find the organization, or use the mouse to double-click the organization in the list.
Note that when the Organization Code is typed in the Search for Code box, the match, or closest match, to the criteria will appear automatically highlighted in the list within the selection box.
Cancel
Click this button to close the window without copying users.
All Users
Click this button to copy all users from the selected organization to the current organization.
Users
Click this button to open a window that will allow you to select the specific users you want to copy from the selected organization to the current organization.
