Deleting a Group
If you no longer need a group, you can delete it from the system. You must have rights to add and change group rights to delete a group.
To delete a group:
1 In the Controller module, select Security Options > Add / Change User Group from the left navigation pane.

2 From the Group ID box, select the group you want to delete.
You can type the group name in the box, or use the Lookup or the Find button to select the group.
3 Select the Edit button.
The Edit button will change to read Del.
4 Select Del.
A warning message appears asking if you are sure you want to delete this group record.
5 Select Yes to delete the group.
