You can use groups to simplify the setup for security and user rights (see
Users, User Rights, and User Passwords). You can define different groups and any user you assign to that group will have the rights of the group. You can give additional rights to a specific user in a group, but a user cannot have fewer rights than the group allows.
This option is beneficial if you have several employees you want to have the same rights. Rather than set security on each individual User ID, you can create a group with the appropriate rights and assign all the users to this group.
