Setting up NeonCRM (Fund product only)
NeonCRM is cloud-based, nonprofit constituent relationship management software that allows you to consolidate donors, memberships, and transactions in one place. You can integrate this software with Denali Fund to import accounts and donations. You must have security set up to access the integration.
To set up integration to NeonCRM:
1 In Controller, select Organization Options > NeonCRM Setup from the left navigation pane. The NeonCRM Setup window will open.

2 Enter your Organization ID and API Key in the appropriate fields. To find this information see the NeonCRM guide.
3 Click the Test Integration to NeonCRM button to test the connection.
You will receive a message indicating success or failure.
4 After you successfully test your integration, click the OK button to save your settings.
After integration is complete, you will be able to import accounts from NeonCRM in Accounts Receivable and import donations from NeonCRM in General Ledger.
